Brownie Whoopie Pies

Brownie Whoopie pies. . .what a great idea! Use the recipe in the previous post adding 1/2 cup flour. Then using a cookie scoop for 'uniformness' Scoop onto a cookie sheet, bake for 9-11 minutes. let cool completely and then use this frosting recipe below (or buy some from the store) put a spoonful of frosting on the bottom side of one brownie/cookie and twist press the other cookie to evenly distribute frosting between the brownies. *

* add 1/2 cup cocoa to frosting for chocolate frosting!
